Molly B. Right from USA collects vintage pre-1960 soda bottle caps, and uses them to create elaborate mosaic portraits. Shown here is one of her favourite women, First lady Michelle Obama, made from over 2,000 bottle tops and weighing in excess of 2 stone! Molly starts by painting a portrait on tin and then overlaps the bottle tops to create a snake-like scaly texture. She often spends months collecting caps of just the right colour to fulfil her artistic vision.
