On Monday evening I braved the impending snow to
go to Ripley's Believe It or Not in Piccadilly, and
believe me it was worth it gor the mini covered in
crystals alone!! The Tardis like building holds an
amazing collection of weird and the wonderful. My
favourite by far was all the space stuff they have
there but my friend loved the albino alligator! After
looking at all the exhibits, including a freaky guy
with two pupils in each eye, we braved the mirror
maze. It was incredible and terrifying all at the
same time, you walk through corridors covered with
mirrors trying to find the exit and not bash into
anything or anyone practically in the DARK! We then
got to go in what I have called the spiny tunner of
dizziness. I can't even describe this you just NEED
to go. It's definitely my new favourite thing in
London!!!

Myself and a friend visited Ripley's London Odditorium on Wednesday 13th Jan 2010.
I am just writing to tell you what a wonderful experience we had, how thoroughly enjoyable, entertaining, informative, exciting, (at times) gross and fun the exhibition was. The number of items on offer was incredible, I found the whole exhibit to be exceptionally well laid out - not too crowded or bunched up at all - the information on offer was clear and concise, factual and informative without being overpowering or unnecessarily long. The tour flowed really well too.
Some of the exhibits are world class - it was great to be able to sit on/touch/play with some of them and excellent that not everything was in a case or behind glass.
Out particular favourites were the mirror maze and the spinning tunnel at the end - I can't remember the name used for it but I know it is sometime referred to as 'the Vortex'. This caused much hilarity for both of us and I had to take a while to catch my breath and stop laughing at how mind bendingly insane it was! It almost defies logic. :-D
I know that Brits are often thought of as a nation of complainers so I wanted to provide the alternate side and tell you how we thoroughly enjoyed every second of our 3 hours visits - even down to addition oddities on an information board in the toilets. Brilliant!
The staff were all very helpful, happy and friendly and we were immediately made to feel welcome. Robert Ripley would be proud.
Thank you so much, I am telling all my friends and colleagues how great it was and will certainly be visiting myself again!

"Yesterday I visited Ripleys with my Grandsons and I have to say it was, far and away, one of the best
attractions I have been to in London.
The staff were friendly, no where was so crowded that we were unable to see anything (unlike many
places in London now!). One of my Grandsons is unable to use a lift so we had to be taken to the 5th
floor via the stairs and back again. Although this obviously took two staff away from their positions, they
never made us feel we were a nuisance and were polite and friendly on both occasions.
Well done to everyone at Ripleys - well run, well looked after and happy and obliging staff."

I would like to say how much my mother and I enjoyed our visit on Monday evening. Not only were the exhibits amazing - I was stunned by the hologram of Mr Ripley himself - but the welcoming attitude of your staff was exemplary. Believe it or not, nothing was too much trouble for them! Their charm and knowledge made us feel almost like royalty, and their desire to be of assistance to my mother was particularly appreciated, since she was dependent on a wheelchair.
Here's wishing you continued success with your extraordinary exhibition, and a very happy Christmas to all of your staff.
Yours Sincerely

This really is a great family attraction for anyone with the slightest amount of curiosity.
Based in the heart of Piccadilly Circus, London, Ripley`s Believe it or Not houses a collection of weird, wonderful and sometimes downright freakish exhibits from around the world which really do need to be seen to believe.
From a mini cooper encrusted in a million Swarovski crystals, an Animatronic T-Rex, a two headed calf and a selection of other stuffed animals with different deformities. The Optical Illusion Walkway and a replica of the worlds tallest Man are all examples of exhibits you can expect to find. Or how about have a go at the mirror maze and try to find your way out through the reflective passageways without getting lost.
A great place to visit if your in London and have a spare couple of hours, with lots of exhibits throughout to entertain visitors or all ages, We certainly had a great time

Went to Ripley's in Orlando Florida some years ago and thought it was great and really was an enjoyable day which would be hard to beat. Having just visited the one in London it beats Florida hands down. So much to see keeps the whole family entertained cannot recommend this attraction highly enough . If you want a fascinating day out don't hesitate to visit Ripley's. I challenge anyone no matter what their age not to find something which does not interest them.
