What is it?
Our museum (also known as an "odditorium") houses a collection of over 500 unusual global artefacts from all over the world, representing the places and cultures visited by Robert Ripley during his travels.
Would you recommend the attraction for children?
Our attraction is very interactive and appeals to people of all ages, both young and old. All children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you offer guided tours?
The museum is self-guided but we will provide guided tours for an additional fee.
How long will it take?
Generally it takes approximately an hour to an hour and a half, but you can walk through at your own pace and take as little or as much time as you wish.
Is photography allowed?
Yes, however tripods and lights may not be used.
Is the museum wheelchair accessible?
All of the museum's exhibitions are accessible by wheelchair.
Do you allow push chairs into the attraction?
Yes.
Is food and drink allowed in the attraction?
No, we ask that guests dispose of all food, drink and chewing gum products before entering the attraction.
Does the museum have a gift shop?
Yes, it is located on the ground floor near the museum exit. It offers an array of Ripley themed apparel and books, as well as children's items and toys.
Is this the same as all the other Ripley’s?
Ripley’s personal treasures can be seen in Believe It or Not! Odditoriums around the world. Each odditorium is unique in its collection of oddities and in their presentation. No Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium would be complete without the “old favourites” however – the incredible artefacts and people whose stories Ripley gathered on his journeys around the globe.
How do I submit my own Believe It or Not?
Our management team would be happy to assist you in submitting your own unbelievable artefact, skill or trait.
